On 28 November 2023, two Embraer EMB-120 Brasilia aircraft were involved in separate accidents at Kikoboga Airstrip, Mikumi National Park, within hours of each other. Aircraft 5H-MJH suffered a landing-gear collapse during landing, while 5H-FLM experienced a nose-gear collapse during take-off and subsequently veered off the runway and struck a building. All passengers and crew survived without serious injuries, while both aircraft sustained significant damage.
